- Schedule a 60-minute Kickoff Call where we review your responses and align on expectations.
- Identify your Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) so we share a definition of success from day one.
Strategy & Planning
- We develop a Content Strategy Document outlining content pillars, themes, posting cadence, and platform priorities.
- We create a Production Plan for the first month, including a content calendar with deliverable types and deadlines.
- We present the strategy to you for feedback and approval before any production begins.
Access & Integration
- You'll be invited to our Project Management Workspace where all tasks and feedback are tracked.
- We request access to your social media accounts, analytics platforms, and relevant tools using secure methods.
- We set up your Analytics Dashboard so you can track performance in real time.
Creation & Liftoff
- Our creative team begins producing your first batch of content: video, visuals, motion graphics, or a combination.
- You receive content for review and approval before anything goes live.
- After launch, we begin our optimization cycle, tracking results and continuously improving performance.
